We strive to process orders promptly, but as a small team, order handling might take up to 3 business days, with delivery expected within 4-5 business days within the Netherlands and 7-12 days in other European countries. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is defective or not as described.
